Blade's Dagger

Blade's dagger from the film. The blade of this prop is made of a thick rubber, and was probably the one worn by the actor for much of the filming (so as not to cause accidental injury). One of the 3 props in my personal collection, this one was purchased from www.screenused.com.

The Skeletor "God" Costume

Trying to play a little catch up on all the various costume pictures I've saved lately. Firs up- Skeletor's "God" costume recently sold at www.screenused.com. Check out the great detailing in the helmet, staff, and the tips of the gloves!

Evil-Lyn's Radar Gun

Thanks again to DolphisMaster for the tip!

Profiles In History also has the Evil-Lyn Radar Gun up for auction! This is the device Evil-Lyn used in the film to "look" into the past to verify Karg's story... which we all know wasn't exactly truthful. ;)

Here's the description from Profiles:

Meg Foster “Evil Lyn” hero motorized radar gun from Masters of the Universe. (Cannon Group, 1987) This pistol was used by Meg Foster as “Evil-Lyn” and in the film functions as a secret scanner that can be used to see into the past. Constructed of black fiberglass and aluminum parts, the piece originally had a sight on top and an additional radar arc, which are no longer present. Measures 19 in. long.

Skeletor's Movie Costume On Display!

Thanks to the head's up from He-Man.org member Dolphismaster who pointed that the Oklahoma City Museum Of Art has a display running right now entitled "Sketch To Screen", focusing on movie costumes. The display includes the main Skeletor movie costume, complete with staff and Cosmic Key props! WOW!

There's a short video on their site explaining the exhibit, with a couple of great shots of the costume. Click HERE to check it out. There's also a photo gallery from the exhibit, but these are the best 2 shots I could find of it on their site:

The Sword Of Grayskull

Just a quick post today with a couple of really nice pics of the sword prop sold awhile back. This one came from Richard Edlund's personal collection. Cast in aluminum, but still heavy enough that only a "he-man" could weild it properly!

Man how I wish a some company would step up and reproduce this thing...

The Cosmic Key Prop

Richard Edlund sold a couple of props from his personal collection awhile ago. Here's some beautiful shots of the cosmic key that some lucky fan picked up. I'm jealous...
